Come and learn about night photography!
Stars, Star Trails, Milky Way, Long Exposures, Landscapes, waterfalls, Streams, and More!! We have a new moon and an area with very little light pollution for this night workshop.
This workshop will have an emphasis on NIGHT photography, stars, milky way, lightpainting, with some landscape, barns.
We will be out late -- we will NOT be getting up for sunrise or first light in order to dedicate our time primarily to the STARS. This date was chosen because it is a dark sky.
Where to stay: There are a few places to stay: Hotels, motels, Airbnbs, VRBO’s, campgrounds.
Post Workshop Image Sharing (Show and Tell — Share your images with retreat leaders and participants; Optional: Submit 1-3 images for Critique)
Imagine days and nights of pure photographic immersion designed to inspire you. This is a chance to slow down, connect deeply with nature and the stars above, and grow as a photographer in the company of mentors who care about your journey. Our small group size allows every question to be answered, every image considered, and every moment infused with inspiration.
